The proposal presented three consecutive scales, which reflect the three scales of life at AC.  Firstly as a master plan, demonstrating how the buildings relate to themselves, their neighbours and the landscape and the consequences regarding inter-house relationships; secondly as a house plan, the layout of  which dictates the lifestyle within each house; and lastly the room plan which was treated as a modular unit to be repeated throughout and constitutes a fundamental key to the AC experience.
